I’ve heard it recommended that the orchidectomy is best if you are fully recovered from it before attempting the scrotectomy because the combined recovery time is much greater than either procedure individually, however the chances are that you can afford only a single trip to Mexico and you’ll just have to make allowances for extra recovery time
